Phase 1: Consider Let's Read
In the first phase, you will consider the rationale and philosophy of Let’s Read, become familiar with the components of Let’s Read, examine the expectations and processes for implementation, and submit an Expression of Interest form.
Phase 2: Plan to implement
In the second phase, you will develop a steering committee, engage your community, identify and assess community characteristics, plan for implementation, and submit a community plan and agreement to deliver.
Phase 3: Deliver Let's Read
In the final phase, you will order resources, train community-based professionals to work with parents and caregivers to promote reading with children, undertake community activities, conduct an evaluation and report on the program.
